Over the past few weeks, the Tech All Stars team has gotten plenty of questions. We thought that we should clarify some commonly asked questions :
Q) My startup is registered in Norway/Switzerland. Can my startup apply?
A) Yes! For the purposes of Tech All Stars, Norway and Switzerland are counted.
Q) My startup is in Croatia. Can my startup apply?
A) We’ve received a lot of questions from Croatia. You all must have a super hot startup scene going on there! Unfortunately, we cannot accept startups from Croatia or outside of the European union – even if your startup participated in an EU accelerator, incubator, or webcamp.
Q) We have a website registration. Does that count as being registered in a country.
A) No. When we say that a startup must be registered in an EU country, we mean that they must have filed paperwork with the local government to be able to conduct business. So a website registration won’t cut it. It needs to be a legal registration with your government.
Q) Do you cover travel to London?
A) Yes, if your startup is selected, we will cover your travel to London.
