Previously, Scott worked in research, marketing, business development and finance roles at Dashboard Ventures, UBS, BVCA and Smarkets. Tobias is an entrepreneur, who has worked in the technology and finance sectors for many years. He worked for a year as an independent policy advisor to the UK Government, in the Cabinet Office (Office of the e-Envoy) and the Department for Trade & Industry, researching and developing policy in business support and innovation. Tobias lived in Eastern Europe for over a decade, where he gained a lot of experience bridging between the West and East, fundraising, structuring investment, start-ups, and innovation. He is an active mentor, at StartupBootcamp, Seedcamp, Buildit (Estonia), Bizoo (Bosnia) amongst others and has a particular interest in medical startups and hardware. Tobias is launching a specialist medtech accelerator later this year and is a Research Fellow at the University of Huddersfield, specialising in accelerators.

Seth began his career as a strategy consultant at Oliver Wyman, working in both the San Francisco and London offices and focusing on the media, technology, and retail sectors. Having grown up in the Chicago area, he has also lived in China, India, and Europe. Seth completed his Masters degree in Engineering Management at Dartmouth College.
